Academic Disqualification & Reinstatement
911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú who have been placed on academic warning (formerly know as academic probation) and who do not raise their 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú cumulative GPA (all courses at 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú) and their overall cumulative GPA (all transferable college courses, including 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú work) to 2.0 may be subject to academic disqualification.
911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú are subject to academic disqualification at the end of the first semester on academic warning if they have GPAs below the four minimum cumulative GPAs as follows:

911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú whose 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú and overall GPAs are higher than those listed above, but below 2.0, may earn a second semester on academic warning.
911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú whose 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú and overall GPAs are still below 2.0 after two semesters on academic warning are subject to academic disqualification.

Reinstatement
If you were academically disqualified from the University and wish to seek reinstatement, you must follow the application procedure and meet minimum eligibility requirements to qualify for consideration.
The minimum criteria include:
- Reduce your grade point deficiency by one half
- Meet Major Specific Declaration Requirements
- Demonstrate an ability to complete your chosen major within established University policies.
Please note: Seeking reinstatement to the university requires a commitment of time, effort and financial resources on your part, with no guarantee of reinstatement, even if all minimum requirements for consideration are met.
Disqualified students are strongly encouraged to view the . After completing the module, disqualified students should come to a UCUA drop-in advising session to receive assistance in developing a plan to work toward applying for reinstatement to the University.
