911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú must get authorization from ISS prior to the beginning of each semester to be enrolled less than full-time. 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú who are enrolled for less than full-time without authorization will be in jeopardy of losing their F-1 student status.

Request for Full Course Exception 
For the final semester of study with less than full-time units remaining to graduate:

Undergraduates

• Register for the final courses you plan to take during your last semester at 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú. Your schedule must be final.
• Run your Academic Requirements Report (ARR) on your My911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú account and review your progress toward graduation.
• Review your Degree Planner.
• Must have filed a Request to Graduate through Enrollment Services. 
   

Graduates Only

For post-baccalaureate students enrolled in final units, research, graduate projects, and/or comprehensive exams. 

• Register for the courses you plan to take. Your schedule must be final at the time of submission.
• Must have filed to Request to Graduate through Enrollment Services if this is your last semester.
• Meet with your Graduate Advisor to confirm program requirements
