Joseph Valadez recently graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a 3.67 GPA.
The formerly incarcerated student tells he is returning to 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿Ú to get a master's degree in social work.
