Ihab Abumuhor
Ihab Abumuhor is the Director of Labratory Services at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and has worked in the health care industry for over twenty years. He is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist by profession with a Specialty in Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine.
Mr. Abumuhor received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology from 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿ÚState University, Long Beach, a master’s degree in clinical science from 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿ÚState University, Dominguez Hills and his MSHCA at 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿ÚState University, Long Beach.
Mr. Abumuhor has multiple publications in TRANSFUSION, Journal of Structural Biology, ISBT Science Series and others.
He is a member of American Association of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿ÚBlood Bank Society (CBBS) and 911³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´Èë¿ÚLaboratory Management Association (CLMA).
